Criminal dispositions ANGOLA The following criminal decisions were made in Steuben Circuit, Superior and Magistrate courts in late August and early September. Ryan Michael Baxter, reckless driving. Sentenced to 180 days, suspended, one year probation, 80 hours community service. Fined $90, court costs $156.50, initial probation fee $50 and $20 monthly, $50 administrative fee, $75 community service fee.
